Reinier Hannink’s (owner of ace-high) first experience with credit- management was more than 10 years ago at a telecom provider. After several years he accepted an offer from a consultancy agency. This added years of process conversion, automation (credit-management database) and managing and coaching a team to his experience. Training and education were added to this.
For all employees of ace-high counts that they have all the basic experienced completed with their own specialism, like languages, customer credit acceptance and legal collection.
